The year is coming to a close….

For some, you’ll want to travel and take a break, for others, you’ll still be within your area of residence, either working or resting.

In a few weeks though, regardless of whether you travelled or not, the conversation will change…to New Year Resolutions, Vision Boards, Goal-setting, etc.

And yes, again we’ll be caught up in the rut…set goals…and get into the grind.

I want to welcome you to a conversation that will make your Goal-setting journey fruitful.

It’s difficult to see where you need to go if you can’t see what you have.

It’s therefore important that you ask yourself a few questions that will guide your next step.

Do you know who you really are? What you’re really worth?

Do you know that you are unique, gifted and that you have an assignment to fulfil?

Wait a minute. In case you are doubting, I’ve been there. I totally understand.

Life took a toll on me. I resigned to surviving. And I didn’t even know it.

Every gift deposited in me had been buried beneath rejection, disappointment and failure.

I stopped believing in myself.

It took a season of introspection to remember my gifts, to acknowledge what had happened to me and its effect on my esteem, and then find the strength to begin to fearfully allow Judy to flow.

Slowly, every gift within me began to spring out.

I know it’s possible for you, too.
